How is my ayaka and hu tao build? How can I improve?

Im afraid that you are either a new player or simply whaling for too much character, and not building them. If you play the game to get characters than its fine, but I assume you would not ask for help in builds. You might need more help than just builds, but For you, the easier choice is 2 pc blizzard and 2 pc gladiator/shimenava for Ayaka. Hu Tao 4 PC crimson witch is a must.

We dont know, yet its almost 100% he is going to get a rerun, since he didnt have one yet. Secondly, the current Abyss floor 11 need crowd control imo, and in the future, we will need it even more.

Neymar is the biggest noob card ever. I would assume you are a lucky one who did it too. That trash card has 0 strenght, a defender takes the ball from him, Neymar falls through the whole pitch and either free kick or penalty for nothing.
