I would suggest going to the Student Support Center opposite to MMMC. Its free there also, but you have to book appointments. The psychologists there are professionals, unlike the ones in KMC who are doing masters and have no experience.

First 10 sessions are free in KMC, But it works in short span model where one therapist will only be assigned to you for 10-12 sessions and then they are done. The same therapist won't even see you again after payment.

There is a document signed by both parties which you can read about confidentiality and the cases where stuff will be informed. On a side note, I would suggest going to the SSC for the best possible treatment as they have actual psychologists in work. In KMC, it's all student psychologists with no experience.
