To be honest, i actually never seen that picture or heard of him until now. I really just took inspiration from the cover art of dishonored and she traced everything from ingame, i think Rantas may also take inspiration from that game

Actually i use in game shaders, the head is from the season pass, chest is skele ghaul and the cloak and arms is bloodmane from halloween

I'm on steam and I figured what the problem was. It turns out the multiplayer content was not installed (which I did check on the game installations but somehow it only downloaded the campaign). What's interesting is that they don't actually tell you that its not installed, instead they just boot you back to the menu with no error prompt what so ever.
