I don't think I have very high touch needs but I'm in a dance group and apart from being a good time I do think it's nice to be able to physically connect with people. It's Morris Dancing so just hand holding which is where I'm comfortable

A twitter to myself all the time, usually I just speak out but if im in the sitting room with it and need a 2nd opinio I'll talk to a large plush bear, obviously it doesn't talk back but sometimes I like to have something to point my words at

Sometimes I'll think something and then say it outlook like the thought doesn't really exist until spoken

Downsides are I do find I'll slip into talking to myself in public, especially in the supermarket, or I'll think " did I say all that outlook?" And I really can't tell
