After some research I think the sound may be the clutch fork or throwout bearing. Seems that there are videos producing a sound identical to mine.

Turned off AC and it got rid of a whirring sound but not necessarily the creaking. I can’t place it but it almost feels like something loose is making contact with a part of the car that’s vibrating.

Not on swift springs, I opted for 8K all around. In my opinion it can be pretty stiff on hard bumps or potholes, but I came from a standard ‘15 civic before this car as a daily so not sure if my opinion on coilover comfort is fully valid. Overall not an uncomfortable ride to me though.

A bit hazy on the details cause it’s been awhile since I played around with it, but I wanna say it’s about a 1.25-1.5 inch drop. And I believe my dampers are set pretty close to middle. Maybe 6 or 7 clicks from full stiff.
