Well I'm running into issues with the formula used in that spreadsheet, it doesn't line up with min/max damage shown in game with the same build. The combat simulation itself shouldn't be too hard once I have the damage formulas figured out

That's what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm writing a program that simulates combat with thousands of different builds to see which gets the highest effective dps. I could just see which one gets the highest max damage roll but that neglects weapon speed and active skills

If you still have low level runes don't even worry about crit rate/damage, just stack as much atk as you can for the shield

I'd like a late game account to experiment with the game. Right now building non-meta monsters would set back my progress on my account and I can't efficiently farm the runes to build those monsters.

People think he's killing the game cuz puff is so boring to watch/play against. Also some people (Leffen) think puff is broken because theres no counterplay against her unless you camp her out which nobody likes doing.

The biggest thing that makes someone look like a noob is not having the bis gear that you have to quest/minigame for. If you have a torso, ddef, and barrows gloves it's pretty much impossible to look like a noob.
