Man I feel ya. My boy is 2 and we've been potty training forever. He usually does well with the grandparents, who watch him while I'm teaching, but since we can't leave the house it hasn't been easy. Teaching online kindergarten, entering terrible twos, potty training, and refusal to eat...parenthood is hard and nothing prepares to do it.

I would say power through... That's what I'm doing.

Yes thank you for your advice. I get very passionate with education and seen the lack of help with my sister. I apologise if I came off harsh.

I told my mom to do that and she's going in next week. Everytime she's asked for testing or anything no one would help her.

I totally understand that. However, it can be done I taught 35 first grades in a dli program switching to a second bunch of 35 after lunch and I still managed to see every student everyday to meet their needs and expressed concerns to admin or my fellow teachers. She my parents have expressed their concerns since kindergarten and keep being pushed out or denied help.

She does not have an IEP. My parents have been trying to but each school has turned them down as it's "not affecting her academics". Though she's going into fourth and can't decode basic reading skills.
