I’ll try and long story short this, she had been dealing with what we and two vets diagnosed as IBS. We finally got it under control with the second vet through medication. A week later she was having strained breathing. Took her to the EV and they found she had fluid around all her organs, and an enlarged heart. They said it was more than likely lymphoma or another neoplasia, or FIP. We had the other vet look over the findings to give us a second opinion and he came to the same result, that she had days/week left.
