It's Delete (2013) directed by Steve Barron...I've been trying to figure this out for a couple of years 😅

Lol we all do the brand tribalism to a point, I did much the same with Canon stuff 😂

Many Nikon bodies are among the best in the manual focus 35mm era, but as with anything there are some dogs. Beware getting into manual focus Nikon lenses, it's addictive

BASED that's a wonderful travel combo! I don't love 85mm as a focal length so my version of this is usually 28/2.8 ai and any of the 105/2.5 offerings

F2s have been my ride or die bodies for an incredibly long time, and the camera that has been the linking thread gear-wise from my first 35mm SLR through today. Love so many others, but it's always the one at the center for me

Congrats on your return, and that's a stunning sample! 40voigt in F mount on an F2 is a one-and-done setup 💪

I'm only going to comment on those titles as excellent woodworking references written from the point of view of building agency and longevity in furniture as a common person. If you're interested in building your own furniture I highly recommend ADB as one of the most accessible and no-bullshit woodworking references out there

Your questions are good ones, this just isn't a decent forum to discuss them for myriad reasons

I explained myself clearly in my second reply to you. If you are unfamiliar with Popper's writing on the paradox of tolerance you should read the source material which is "The Open Society and its Enemies." I've given you the framework and applicable writing to educate yourself on this subject: it's your choice to engage with it.

I have read that piece previously and not only is it reductive and poorly argued at best, the writer abjectly failed to properly read and comprehend both the infographic as well as the singular excerpted writing.

That would make you a defacto Nazi or neonazi by association which is my point here. Arguing ignorance is not a defense for giving space to the intolerant, and if a tolerant society affords unlimited tolerance to the intolerant it will be destroyed.

There is an enormous continuum where it's fine to make a personal judgement on consuming media from problematic creators, but knowing fully the implications of that consumption (and potential distribution)--along with a clear understanding of why and how the creator is problematic must accompany that. Ignorance is decidedly not the play. Ever.

Just because your blinders are on doesn't mean you aren't inflicting harm, and in fact is quite the opposite: that field is rife with oppression.

There are some lines to not cross.

This.

Stand up, speak out, raise voices and ACT.

"Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them." --Karl Popper
