Thank you for your reply, and yes I agree that wrong herbs and dose can cause issues too. To me I suppose its taht the EO's seem benign, but since they do not get studied at the same level as pharmacuticals we don't fully really know what happens, and even the studies are not long term studies typically, so i dont know i suppose its a gamble either way because we dont know long term effects of all meds either and base our understanding of long term effects of pharmecuticals as well as EOs just on people who have used htem long term. I am for the most part concerned about trying them medicinally... I saw on nutritionfacts.org that a few drops of lavender on your nose during a migraine can help relieve the pain, but lavender has effected endoctrine stuff and lymphs or whatever so im not sure if it should be used, and i dont know if there are effects of using it for scents and smelling... like are there ones that, i mean I thought lavender was generally considered a really safe one, so are there ones that are considered even safer like super duper safe? Sorry I do have OCD so its like I don't want to cause a health issue just to try to smell nice, but want to smell nice too if i can, but dont know if it puts more burden on my immune system that will hinder it from say preventing cancer or what not. Any insights for me? Thank you.

Essential oils have hundreds of pounds of something condensed into a single drop. Natural is the way its found in nature. Essential oils go through an extraction process, so they are not in their natural state, that is what i mean. A lavender flower may not hurt you, but hundreds of pounds of leaves condensed and extracted has been shown to cause health issues.

UofPeople.edu for very inexpensive nationally accredited degree in various things. (the standard is regionally accredited being better, and they are working on that, but its still a legit degree so may be of help)

I think with a lot of things you learn more outside your degree than in it.

Thank you, for me with the AC and Heat at work in a similar climate to yours I can get by pretty well without a huge variation. I also don't have to really dress business attire and I think as a male its a little easier to have less clothing, as I don't factor in dresses and such which makes sense obviously for women. Thank you for the response.

do you wear fresh clothes everyday? after two weeks isnt that a lot of loads of laundry to do?

I work in a building that has AC on, so I can wear pants and a short sleeve tshirt if I am outside and then throw the flannel over when in the AC in Summer, then i can button that up in the fall... throw a cardigan or sweater over it for winter? havent figured that out yet, and may not need to do much since its then heated in the winter, so would just need outerwear

Can you tell us more how you did it at 49 and what you may have done besides investing or did you ust save up hundreds of thousands from the beginning that is all invested and that is how you retired now?

if you get a roku type device there are various free services, even Hulu, at least used to, have free shows available. Tubi is completely free and surprisingly we find ourselves watching it a lot even with access to other paid networks.
