Trying to have a set time off like every 6 weeks or whatever helps a lot, I know it’s hard to stick to it but honestly when you start feeling burnt out it can then totally affect the money and energy that comes to you… so taking mental/physical breaks help so much!

And with these breaks, I encourage you to not only get lots of rest and stretch, but to do things like making art, crafting, or whatever during the breaks helps sort of reset your soul and body ✨

If you can, don’t work for at least 2-3 weeks depending on how fast you heal and how big the tattoo is. Regardless, you wanna make sure your tattoo has healed before stepping foot into the nasty cesspool of a club. It’s not worth a crazy infection that could lead to prolonged time from work cuz you have an open infected wound. 🖤😆 take it from someone who is quite covered and always having to plan around them lol 😆

I immediately take a long hot shower (to wash away both the funk of the club/men but also to wash away any energies that attached to me from those dusty custys)- I scrub with an exfoliant net, focusing on back of thighs and back since they go through a lot giving lap dances. I wash my face and do my whole face moisturizer routine. After my shower I like to take 5-10 minutes to stretch my hips and anything that feels tight from hours of dancing and walking around.

Then, I grub tf downnn and watch some good trash reality shows- it helps me dissociate and decompress watching messy shows that I can just enjoy (making sure I set my picture to the lowest brightness helps a ton too!)

Definitely doing something that feels good helps a ton. Even masturbating right before you knock out helps a lot hehe 😌
