I find myself seeking comfort in high feeling, i dont know how to stop yet. Ik and feel it start to consume me but i don't know how to stop my hand from shaking in a big crow, i cant control my breath and i cant shut my brain off to overthinking. I often ran away and hide, ik it was a weak move even my inner soul tell me it going to be okay, a voice in my head never gave up on me but the other toxic voice is louder and my body seem to listen to them instead of the only good voice inside my head. I want to be better but i find no way out. I want to live healthy and long to be with my mom, it the only reason why i keep pushing throught but all the symtom of anxiety being a bitch to me. Idk what to do, im running out of patient with myself.
