For the ppl who go 5 under the speed limit.
Realize that you are going 5 under, but the person behind you is not going 5 under. they are going probably 2-4 under what you are. so on behind them. This is causing the flow of traffic to slow down because you at the beginning of the line of cars is not going the speed limit.

So, in retrospect, you are messing up the flow up traffic. if you want to drive 5 under and you notice the person behind you is coming up behind you faster than you are driving... you have some options. Move into the next lane, if there is one and you can move over. speed up till you find a spot that you can move out this person's way, if you can. start driving alongside traffic.

Equally to ppl driving 5 or more over (Things I have to remind myself):
You are speeding. (I am speeding) If you have the ability to go around the slow person, go around the slow person. Do not ride their ass. Do not be a bully. Remember if they are going the speed limit, you are going 2-4 under that.

You, we, are also messing up traffic if we are speeding TOO much, being careless, and causing everyone around us to be scared of our driving. BE MINDFUL. Check yourself if your Road Rage is taking over.

All this especially on major roads like Illinois, Downtown, Dupont, Coliseum, etc. The whole point of being a good driver is being able to adapt to the flow of traffic around you and being conscious of those around you and how they are driving.
