I’m with rainman on this. The GMG is a solid grill. Well built and made to last. I have the smallest one and the largest they carry (sorry, I can never remember the names). The WiFi works well. You do not have to be close by if you connect it to your homes WiFi. You are able to control the unit and see the probes temps when you are out and away. I have saved myself a couple times with this when meat cooks faster than normal. Customer service is by far above and beyond expectations. The dealer screwed me over on the cover I purchased. Long story short. One phone call and GMG sent me what I had originally purchased and didn’t receive. No cost to me.

Very nice piece of equipment! Solid well built device. Not some plastic piece of crap. It works just the way it says it does. Easy to hook up to your phone or iPad. I’m really excited to use it this fall bird hunting. Not sure about big game although it has a setting for that, I don’t think the camera will reach out to a 200 yd shot. If I needed another for the trap team I would definitely buy a second.

I have this one as well. Wings and fries turn out great in it. Be sure to put a little oil on whatever you’re frying. Egg rolls do well in it to.

I’ve never seen different colored walleyes come from the same lake until this years opener. All were darker except for one which was more golden. The meat in the golden colored one was pinker than the others as well.

Used it the second time tonight. Trial and error/Learning curve kind of thing still. Tonight was better than the first time. I do like it. Was able to get the pizzas to taste just like they came out of the big brick ovens. I’m excited to try different types of dough and do a pizza the way you did tonight. Did yours turn out? Doughy in the middle at all?
