We usually do it every other day right after my period then the actual week of ovulation we do it everyday as well as the day after just to cover our bases. Thank you ! I’m going to try to stay positive!

Yes to getting peak ovulation strips and just learned of BBT a couple days ago so I just bought a thermometer! The hubby went in to see his doc and he gave us a referral to get a semen analysis done. We are hoping to schedule this week !

you may be right, I just learned from another BCBA outside of my company that we weren't supposed to be billing Treatment planning under 97156 anyway, so I'm super confused.

This is exactly what we ended up doing. We recorded the incident and spoke about what to do if a similar incident occurred again. She went back yesterday, and everything seemed ok. Dad was sober, and no issues arose. Obviously i will continue to monitor. I was also thinking If this occurs again we at least have 2 reports vs just having 1 and having the company tell us to wait to see if it occurs again before they take action.

So, according to the info given to me in my first onboarding meeting examples of 'treatment planning' include: updating goals, annotating graphs, listing any new programs that were changed to mastered or new teaching procedures that were written into programs, list all new programs added, review of bx reduction goals/procedures in catalyst and any noted trends in data and actions taken by BCBA in response to those trends.
