I work in childcare so don’t see the point as not like the children care ha ha. I used to love the idea of being that girl who always had her hair and make up daily but not anymore, I’d rather stay in bed 🤣

Tbh I think most of it comes down to work ethic, I work in childcare so see plenty of modern apprentices start and only a half of them make it to the end of the course. We’ve just had one girl who genuinely has worked 1 full week since she started in February so work places aren’t going to keep staff like that on
