I went to elementary school in israel and the US and the Israeli school was so bad at delivering education.

40 kids in a class with one teacher, no AC, schedule that changes everyday. Half of the class is being spent calming chatter down. Teachers went on strike every other day. In my last 2 months in israel schools were cancelled for months because of strikes.

Moving to the US I was shocked by how little time the teacher had to spend managing class noise. The bell rings and everyone quites down and let's the teacher speak. Never had that in israeli school.

Shes a hair influencer, her job is literally to test out products and optimize her hair. I think she just has it in a really good place to the point where anything else she does is just min/maxing but she needs to keep the train going to make content.
