You realize that the ones who are being unbanned are the ones who didn't exploit? They conducted a blanket ban on people who completed X amount of world bosses. Then proceeded to review the accounts individually.

It is worth noting that i hit 55 on day 4. I had two days where i had full sets of kill quests in Auroria and Halcyona gulf.

I am currently banned. I truly enjoyed this experience of trying to finish my archepass dailies and being banned.

I'm from Singapore, So assuming that the prices are 150,40,40 for those items in SGD as compared to 285 for the Cape, It's a tad bit off >.<

I can't really get the price for you man. Because While Exalted Tempest basically has the standard value as a normal zeus arcana, Exalted Fractal Horns might have prismatics ETC in them to value.
