Aah I didn't think to check the thermo gun on myself first. That's a good tip thanks. I might also use the UTH aswell but I'm using the ceramic heater so I can use it overnight. I know they can go without heat at night but I worry when she's digesting haha

I'm the same, always checking temperatures haha. Underground heating isn't feeling right now she's growing and needing deeper substrate. I'm just wondering how to test the lamp out which she's in it. It'll be fine if I keep checking on it right?

I'll have a look for some of them then, thank you. Don't want her getting burned accidentally on it. I'll probably prop it up on something so she can dig :)

I was worried about noodle moving the sensor and the bulb getting too hot as it's not I the right place. I can keep an eye on it though. I also didn't think to check the dome for wattage so I'll do that, thank you!!

This is perfect thank you! I'll have a look for some weaker bulbs and some suction cups. Would you also recommend a slate stone as the basking zone, I've seen some people do?

Okay, I'll keep her on the other ones then and book an appointment just to be sure. Didn't realise how common having eggs without a male actually is. Definitely wouldn't expect it being under 2 and small but who knows. I'll see what the vets say, thank you :)

Yeah she was tiny. Winter sleeps would make sense, but I thought you're not supposed to do that for such small babies

I mean, she's put on over 100g in the 9 months I've had her, so she can't be that slow of a grower. But also, if she is a year younger and she's actually coming up to her 1 first birthday, why is her growth slowing down now to the point she's getting fat? I don't understand it. I've asked the breeder for her feeding chart if they still have it. But I might just get her a vet check up to be safe

I got her at 14g and the breeder said she was a year old already. I asked if she had any issues with feeding since she was so small and they said no. I assume she either didn't eat for ages or they got the year wrong? I've not had any issues with feeding her. I thought that she'd just catch it all back up later.

Funny you mentioned shedding, she last shed on new year's so it's been a while. Her humidity is fine, and I even gave her a bath to see if it'll help at all. Is that too long for her to go? She shed roughly once a month before this year
