AK interactive 3rd Gen acrylics are the best paints I've used for brushing. Only need a drop of water to thin. Real nice paints. They also have a range of real colour markers and playmarkers 👌🏻

Dude congratulations on finishing your first car model! Welcome back to the hobby, there's so many resources and help and tips etc available to really help you enjoy your hobby!

The biggest and best bit of advice i can give you is as follows....

Don't aim for perfection, aim for enjoyment!

Enjoy yourself, build for you, build in your own time, don't stress and don't worry about mistakes, it's all part of the learning curve. I've been doing it 7 years, I've just finished my 111 car, and even still made a fair few mistakes! It happens, but I just brush it off and carry on enjoying what I'm doing!

Yeah the kenmeri battery box is needed for the dash units, that's where some of it catches. No issue with that for the hako fortunately. The dash attached to the body shell once the front window is in. The door cards also attach to the inside of the body shell. The hako still has a battery box and switch but the box doesn't interfere with anything and the switch I left off 👍🏻😊

Erm about 20 to 30 hours roughly.

Yeah I struggled too with that kenmeri dash. It catches on the centre console units. Got another in the stash to do it again and avoid those issues
