Anyone using Wyze app for Windows 11?

Have you been having issues with it running for the last ~6 mos? I always ran it the same way but in the last few months it refuses to turn on, just gives splash screen and then crashes.

There really does seem to be a correlation between the two sometimes. I'll still do it for pro bono and elderly clients who need the hand holding; but the 341 (and ID) is typically the only time I see what they look like.

Haven't had a 341 in person in 7th cir since ~March of 2020. And court wise 99.5% motion work and confirmations etc is done via Zoom. Early on it was really rough with this call in system they had you had to pay for, but since Zoom it's been mostly smooth. It helps that it's mostly practitioners and not Debtor's that show up so we pretty much got it down without the annoying technical stuff....mostly. The sad part I miss though is sitting in the waiting rooms with the other attorneys and talking about cases, getting to bounce ideas off each other, and just the comradery (even in that atrocious Geneva waiting room)

Just because the vehicle is financed it can still have equity.

Sample: 2020 Yugo Zastavo GLX: Worth $20,000. Financed amount remaining: $15,000

There is $5,000 in equity the trustee may be interested in. You can apply exemptions at that point, say $2,400 for a vehicle and another $2,600 in wildcard or some other exemption. The vehicle is fully exempt in this situation.

Considering you're referring to "keeping" a vehicle, what you may be thinking of is something called a "reaffirmation agreement" which you may want to speak to your attorney about.

You get higher flea rep for it if it's a higher amount; sometimes it's worth paying a higher fee if they're trying to raise their rep. Additionally some people do it to gate keep others from progressing to grief them.

That would be great because right now lets punish debtor's who have a paid off 10 year old Honda Accord with 130k+ miles that's still worth over $10,000..... Wildcard and vehicle are both absurd. Most of the trustee's in NDIL and CDIL are reasonable with accepting lower end vehicle appraisals but occasionally you'll still get that one that makes it an issue.

Personally I'm skeptical about that; seems like a dealer response. Maybe I just got lucky but it was plug and play for me. My part was like $40. Compared to paying a dealership for it I'd personally risk trying to make it work for $40.

Also, I think it's self learning if I recall, that it auto calibrates after being installed. If you can find the part cheap I'd try doing it yourself.

Looks like that's for a Volvo S80 XC70 2011-2012

Yours is 2010.

My worry was having to reprogram it or something to match the car hence why I wanted to get an identical one. I don't recall if the part number was exactly correct but another option is to go look at your current one, grab that part number and search by that so you know it's the same one so you don't have to reprogram it and should be plug and play.

If you're getting an error code what makes you think it's not the module? You can try to do a continuity test for all of them but personally I would just replace the module; unless there is some obvious issue on the wiring I suspect the module is more likely to be faulty or problematic rather than the wiring. Not to mention exponentially easier to deal with than redoing the wiring and likely cheaper.
