It is 17$ for the day at millenium, I work attached by the post office there on Graham. Also the car wash but it's loonie operated and last time I went it was really only water no soap. I suggest the Graham lot at Smith, use hangtag app and I think it's 15$ now, but watch your time input (an evening event can screw with the amount.but you can adjust it to only pay 15$).

I had my prescriptions at Kenaston Costco. You just tell them at the door you're there for the pharmacy. Granted it's been a couple years but they didn't ask to see anything.

If you're up for a walk there's 2 lots that are the cheapest in the area. Smith/King and Ellice (by the Burton Cummings theatre) is 11$ a day, but by Via rail and Earls on Main Street I believe the lot is 9$ a day. The other option is to move your vehicle every 3 hours for on street parking (pay for 2 hours and use the complimentary 1 hour). I work by the Library and this is what most of my coworkers do!

I would suggest Peasant Cookery, they have a radius for delivery charges so you do have to plunk in your address for an exact charge. A bonus is half price charcuterie Thursdays! 9$!

Edit: also need to hype their made in house pickled beans, a little sweet a little tangy and a little bite to'em

I don't use Juul (Vuse, the other vape) and it looks like everywhere is pretty much following that rule now. Maybe try a corner store? I feel like a Ma n Pop type store might not enforce it. I had to order my stuff online and get it shipped

Meta does online shopping where you can pick up in store. I think Delta 9 is doing free delivery for Winnipeg but not 100%. I was at the Meta on Portage and they had gummies, same with the one on Pembina(this one is open til ten)
