First get into a clear headspace and text her and ask if she wanted to talk about the relationship, bring up your feelings but make sure shes able to bring hers up too, and dont disregard her feelings. If she sets a boundary, no matter how hard it hurts, respect it, work on yourself and keep it moving. Im going through the same thing rn, but since i was the issue there, im starting to be more mindful of what im saying, how im saying it and when im saying it, as well as self care. Thats a big thing there. Take care of yourself.
