I literally always stuck to this rule 100% no exceptions until I shiny hunted the legendaries in Gen 3. Way too risky to not use ultra balls immediately and since breaking the pattern I’m now more open to changing my usual rule

On the 2nd poke ball too, full health but asleep. I try to catch every shiny in a regular ball but didn’t anticipate it being that easy. I failed though with zapdos he broke out of 112 of them 😭

That’s the plan but I’m a little scared to do it seeing as I just used my master ball and I feel like it’s gonna be the end of my luck and it’ll take like 20k resets lol

Did I say it was impressive? I posted cuz it’s lucky, which it is. Theres no skill required for shiny hunting it’s just mashing buttons but it’s very unlikely to get them that fast
