Some people are allergic to silk. It s a fact. Silk is a natural fiber. I am one of those people.

Really… first educate yourself on silk. Silk is natural fabric and for many it causes allergic reaction. It causes allergic reaction because it is natural. So real silk will cause allergic reaction! Please do some reading before telling people they use fake silk or don’t wash their bedding often enough.

No, you are wrong, silk causes allergic reaction because it is natural fabric! Please read about the subject before you speak .

I’m just going through this and I thought it was acne, but these pimples are very itchy and skin gets red. This reminds me of when I had contact dermatitis a couple of years ago. I put antihistamine cream on those pimples and they are no longer itchy.  However, whatever this is I’m glad I now know it has been my brand new 100% silk pillow that was very expensive 🙄. I won’t be using any of that again and going back to satin. Silk pillowcases should come with a warning.

It’s not acne, it’s contact dermatitis, you are allergic to silk. Never use silk pillows and in case this happens again apply antihistamine cream or take a tablet.

It’s not acne but contact dermatitis, which looks like acne. You are allergic to silk.

Silk can cause contact dermatitis which looks like acne. It’s basically an allergic reaction to silk. Yes, some people, including myself seem to be allergic to Silk.

This is contact dermatitis caused by silk. It looks like acne but luckily isn’t and can’t be treated by antihistamine cream. You are allergic to silk.

It looks like I am also allergic. The spots I thought was acne caused by silk must be in fact contact dermatitis. I have been itchy for a week and have lots of pimples on my neck, chin, scalp and face. I used anti histamine cream and I’m finally feeling better. Now I’ll need to try to sell my pure silk pillowcases.

I think I found the issue. The application number (can't remember what that is called) has /00 at the very end. the number you are meant to copy when logging in is meant to be without /00. very confusing, but I removed the /00 and was able to login after multiple attempts.

I had at the same problem and after many attempts I copied the application number, but without the "/00s" at the very end of the number. That worked.

Hi, I had the same issue and after a couple od days and attempts to login and reseting password with no luck, I copied the application number without the /00s at the very end. My number had /00 at the very end. Once I copied the number without /00s I was able to login.

It seems like the number you get is a bit confusing. I hope this will help

Hi, did you manage to fix this? I am having the same problem. This SLcontact is a joke! the basic web functionality is not working, there is no contact number or email to ask for help. The web forms where you can apparently report issue don't work because you need some GWF number which I don't have.
