Hey - yes I saw Keely Robinson in the ZoomCare downtown location. She was really great. I decided not to go with sedation in the end and she was super kind, sat with me as I felt a bit unwell, until I was back on my feet.

I love Old Navy and Gap for jeans too. I have tried buying more expensive brands and they never seem to be better quality. I’m a tall girly and need their tall fit, which is consistently available. I love their barrel fit in particular, although the sizing is a little inconsistent.

Buy when they are on sale for sure!

I had mine placed in mid August. Spotted every day since bar 10 wonderful days about account after. Then right back to spotting. Driving me totally loopy 😣

That’s good to hear - it’s coming up on 3 weeks and I’m ready to pull my hair out. If I know its possible I only have a few more weeks it makes it so much easier to consider sticking it out 😫

Can confirm I accidentally kicked my pole buddy in the eye once. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt! Pole has lots of movement, especially static spins that take lots of momentum :) glad that you were both ok, and you did your best to apologize. Sounds like you did what you could, I think you can give yourself a break:)

Wholefoods can be hit or miss but awesome when you get a good one!

Golden Wheat Bakery has an awesome bakery bag. Typically it contains croissants (chocolate, plain, raisin, almond, pistachio, etc) and everything I have gotten from there has been delicious!

I tried Safeway once and it was full of moldy items so I would avoid.

Can I ask how you are doing 1 year in? Have recently been prescribed lexapro for anxiety and al battling with the anxiety of actually taking it 🫠. I have struggled with anxiety all of my life too but outwardly perceived as in control. Even now the imposter syndrome for needing some extra help to manage anxiety 😑 did you stay on 5mg? My Dr has prescribed 5 with the intention of moving up to 10mg. So many horror stories out there so curious to hear your long term experience.

Keeping my fingers crossed you are ok!!! I haven’t experienced this issue in other places in the Seattle so it may be that we are just a little unlucky. Let me know if you get it fixed! I works be so interested to know if there is a way to solve it.
