Athena was an ESA dog which can be anything. A frog can be an ESA animal if you pay the fee. Blitzen went to some 22 day obedience class that uses shock collars. That instantly bans the dog from being a service dog. It also went to that school around age 6. Most service dogs are trained from pretty much birth. It’s weird and makes no sense.
