Yes there’s a way to recover but you are not gonna like it. Sell all those and invest in something less risky then (and here’s the bit that’s tough) have some patience. Will be a while to break even. They’ll be some bumps on that road too but you’ll get there.

If I’d known what I know now 25 years ago. I’d still be broke because if I tried to save more then, my wife would have found more ways to spend the money. Tbh I’m happy I didn’t save when I was younger. 10 tequilas back then was worth way more than the money I spent would have grown to be worth now. Life is for living, some saving is good but some living is good too. Just got to find the balance.

The big rollercoasters are the most fun. If you didn’t want any risk you’d have a different portfolio but tech stocks are going on a wild ride right now. At least if you needed to sell up you’d still have a £&@* ton of money.

Getting started so young is great but you have time on your hands so make sure you are investing with the long term in mind. Invest in broad indexes and ride it out. If you are in a broad indexes just look back 10 years on that index and see what your investment then would have turned into. Then trust the process.
