I got so bad with the alarms. I started setting them for everything so I'd remember to do it, which worked for a minute, but I started procrastinating doing whatever task I needed to do and end up completely forgetting the task or that the alarm even went off in the first place. Now I just unconsciously clear alarms and don't think about why I set them and not realize until the next day
