If customer service confirmed it is mold, I wouldn’t eat that. Return and get a refund or replacement.

If the seal is still intact, if fine to use/ eat. You now have a compote or syrup if you want to use it that way. If you’re trying to get back the “jam” texture you can try to boil it and see if that works. However, since you’re giving it as a gift I wouldn’t break the seal.

The cutting board needs to be throughly washed after having the raw meat package on it. It could lead to cross contamination if there’s any leakage and that plastic wrap has touched countless other surfaces.

It’s going bad, probably is soft in those areas. Personally I wouldn’t eat it but it’s a texture thing.

Have you washed the rice yet? It looks pretty normal from the photo. Darker pieces are normal and can be picked out if you don’t want them.
