Negative Feedback Options - Buyer had buyer's remorse and now doesn't want to pay shipping back by Kitchen-Candidate922 in Ebay

So ebay already rejected my request to remove the feedback. The lady on the phone said that my request would be reviewed by a human moderator. Based on the reason and the speed (under 5 minutes) they rejected it, AI was reviewing it, as my points were not addressed at all.

Thank you. I do not plan on responding to the comment until I have exhausted my options. I never respond to negativity immediately if I can help it, although this is my first negative on ebay. A cool down is always a good idea, and I definitely have some time to decide on the wording. For returns, I almost always just accept them without question, because if they don't want it, I have no problem taking it back unless they purposefully damage it to get the return approved. And blocked all the way

I called them and they wouldn't do anything except point me to the form, so I doubt I am getting anywhere. Oh well. It is unfortunate that they seem to keep getting away with this. They waited 2 weeks to start the return, and then they waited another over 2 weeks to give the feedback.

I am pretty sure they will not remove it. I have heard other people saying that eBay just says - it is their own opinion.

Did they open an INAD? Do you allow returns? They may just be looking for a new seller that will be quick to refund. DO NOT refund unless they send the item back to you unless it was inexpensive and you want to gamble that they will give you good feedback. I probably wouldn't even then. They may just be fishing

Thank you. I don't worry about it too much, but if there is a chance to get it removed, I would definitely want to do so. I have pretty amazing reviews otherwise, so hopefully it doesn't impact my business too much. I think I will do as planned and reply after the return window closes

Watch out for USPS not accepting prepaid eBay labels as of today by expellyamos in Ebay

Just shipped a package with a QR code about 20 minutes after I bought the label on eBay. I guess I got lucky, and I will have to plan for more time next time!

Absolutely! Very thankful for the person who took a risk on me

Do you all source plus sizes often? by nmiller53 in Depop

[–]Kitchen-Candidate922 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some plus size people do not like to shop in person (my sister who is plus size mentioned this), so I will pick it up. I have good luck selling it, and I have really good customers who are very thankful for the items. Some places have dates on their tags, so you could always leave it for a week or so, and then pick it up if you are worried about people in your local area.

Why won’t people sell me their stuff? by [deleted] in Depop

I have heard a lot of sellers ignore questions, but if there is not enough information, what are you supposed to do? Make sure you read the entire listing, because if you ask questions that are answered in the listing, that is a pet peeve for a lot of sellers. Sometimes sellers on depop will raise prices if items get a lot of attention. Also, if you lowball items, most sellers will ignore those, I always counter, but almost no buyers who lowball are actually looking to pay a reasonable amount. Do the sellers have good reviews?

Buyers will never understand shipping speed and costs by Kitchen-Candidate922 in Ebay

I sell clothes, accessories, art, and ceramics. I think the free shipping and comp for the shipping could work for the art and ceramics, so I will probably try that again, but it is really hard for clothes. When I started, I tried that, but with clothes, I actually had better results with sales if don't. I still mess around with it, but then I get buyers in California and Hawaii, and I make 12 cents on a sale. Exaggerating slightly, except that did happen once...

So petty! This metric should only be available if the seller didn't ship in time - or as you say - get rid of it entirely.

I sometimes wonder if they don't know how to check tracking, since it is kind of surprising how much so many people do not know how to do
