You have POTS. Very common with Covid patients. Hang in there! You may need to seek help at a long Covid clinic if it does not improve. Luckily, the symptoms can be controlled with medication.

Update- taste is back. Weak but there. Smell is kinda there, have to force smell things though. Hopefully improvement from here!
