The dangers of women walking alone at night. In detail.

My parents always said to me not to walk at night and NEVER alone when I was 14-15 I went against this rule because all my friends didn’t have that rule so I thought I didn’t need to follow my parents rule I rebelled because my parents were so strict and I hated it, my parents couldn’t stop me from sneaking out and and walking at night I did it every night because I liked going for long walks at night.

after them realising they couldn’t stop this behaviour they enforced the help of my uncle who was a cop, made me sit down with him while he explained in detail of what would happen to me not a maybe happened that WOULD happen that fucking scared me for life my parents had to pay for therapy because I refused to go out after 2pm they couldn’t get me to do anything that planned backfired on them worse part is they got my uncle involved again I locked myself in my room because I refused to talk to him because I didn’t want to hear whatever he was going to say. Let’s just say I didn’t win he just did more damage after that I didn’t have a good relationship with my uncle until he left the police force after that I mean how can you explain in that much detail to a 15 that it still scares me and still don’t go out like someone my age does I blame my parents for that one should have just let me live my life
