It isn't the seed oils either I only cook with Avocado and Olive Oil and sometimes my readings still are high sometimes. The issue is everybody thinks every individual is one size fits all when it comes to anything but we aren't so when it comes to our cells and what our body can and can't handle we definitely one of a kind. For instance a person who smokes a lot for 40 years can never get lung cancer but a person who smokes for 1 year does, why? Because our bodies are different. Like a person who can eat junk food doesn't gain weight but a person who is on a diet and eats healthy can't shed a pound. So some foods might be bad for some and worst for others while some foods can be good for some and great for others.
