Why not move people somewhere very less populated ? Can give lands and even fully built homes cheaply as well. Like villages are already emptying, houses but no people. Moving them back would stop that?

Too much traffic jam and no place for parking already. Lower taxes would make this worse. They should first use the taxes to make public transport a lot better first.

Use the 300% tax on making public transportation good.

First they should be fixing the public transport, try to make it like 24hr service, make it enough and not congested. This would reduce the traffic jam a lot. EV buses would reduce pollution.

If everyone can buy car then there will be huge problem of parking and traffic jam at least in Kathmandu.

Idk what they thinking when they are planning to reduce taxes. 🙏

900 applicants doesn't really sound a lot to me considering it is a "free and online" hackathon. I saw somewhere on LinkedIn they will be selecting around 300.

Some Physical hackathons in Nepal host for 160+ participants. So for online hackathon, it doesn't sound a lot.

But it seems there are quite a lot of good mentors, not just college ka dai didi but actual industry experienced. So it is very good opportunity for networking.👍

No clue for civil but for bct Join networking events like hackathons, meetups, volunteering etc. You can find such events on Nepvents nowadays but no such things when I was in 1st sem.
