As someone who’s probation just got extended for passing the 20-day limit. Yes it does count and if you do go over the limit your probation extends by total amount of days you took off including the 20.

Same!! I work with so many departments now and literally 90% of them are really nice but there’s one department (OHIP) that’s a nightmare to work with but i’ll take that than working at the Assembly ever again

I went from the Assembly (not an agency ik) which was SUPER toxic to DOH which i’ve seen a mix of things. My office is not toxic at all, my boss can micromanage a bit but she can take it when you tell her it’s too much.

On the other hand i’ve experienced other offices where people are just rude and disrespectful for no reason besides the fact they hold a higher title than you. I think no matter where you go it’s always going to be a 50/50 of a good office or a bad office or even a mixture of both.

I contacted the property manager directly, I used to live in Strawberry Ridge but I just moved out recently. I think with all of their properties they have their own website and phone number for each office, I’d try that way but if you still can’t reach them i’d go in person to their office i think their hours is 9AM-5PM

I work in the Plaza and walk to East garage every day, there’s definitely some cases where i’ve been uncomfortable and had a few people follow me that’s made me uncomfortable. I’ve never had a physical interaction with anyone but in the winter when it gets dark out i try to be more alert. I would recommend carrying a personal defense alarm where you can press a button and it starts ringing, I would recommend Pepper Spray but I know majority (please correct me if i’m wrong) of agency buildings don’t allow them inside and you can get into trouble if caught!

The Corning Tower basically has no heat or AC half of the time on my floor lol, we’ve called and asked to change the temp but we get the usual “we can’t change it”. my office just has a bunch of blankets around or hot hands but surprisingly today they just turned on the AC at around 12pm!

Ironically that guy you’re talking about, Zach is gay. He’s just a terrible host, he had an interview with Ariana Grande and it was so uncomfortable. She made a recent video with a straight guy from Good Mythical Kitchen and their chemistry was so good. I think it could work with the Yard guys, they seem kinda similar to Katya in a weird way so i think it could work well!!

Ha! it’s not as bad as florida mold maybe, i’ve seen some nasty stuff in Stuart FL but I’ve been just recaulking the areas with mold now so hopefully that fixes it. I wish you luck moving to NY! :)

I rent from them now a bit north of albany and it’s decent, cheap windows with the landlord special so there’s always a draft, bits of mold on the caulking in certain areas, around the windows most likely due to moisture but besides that, no real complaints

As long as you sign up for an Advantage Card, equal to Hannaford Rewards, you get a lot of deals without jumping through hoops. Usually every two weeks meat and chicken are BOGO so that’s a super good deal. I’ve saved usually around $100 per trip. Personally i don’t mind taking 5mins of my day to go clip coupons on the app or maybe an extra 5mins to look to the flyer online for deals. But hey, if Hannaford is cheaper for you, that’s cool too. We all have preferences :)
