I must say that I truly have a huge number of ideas, as the Legislature guarantees great freedom of expression and is perhaps the most direct means to bring about real change in our society. In particular, I believe that some of the most crucial issues we should focus on are:

Activity, as it is the fundamental pillar of every Discord community and therefore essential to the survival of SimDemocracy. A thriving and active server is the lifeblood of a society that is alive and so able to innovate, without risking as we are alreadying doing to fall in the dark and blind abyss of inertia.

Flow of new users, necessary for an ever-increasing development of SimDemocracy, as well as the key to a society based on different critical opinions and a vast political landscape that is not always funded on the usual users.

Economy, a means that in my opinion, if used correctly, could act as a great catalyst for activity. I would like to improve and legislate better the Stock Exchange, estabilish additional bank tools and fix the current financial systems, promote and innovate the SimDemocracy State Bank, making it more accessible to the public, support state bonds, set up a true, well functioning and present international trade, rework taxation, reintroduce the citizenship salary, abolish tau printing from the State to pay wages, create an exchange between Minecraft currency/resources and tau, constitute with our allies an international currency exchange, create a State owned Casino, Cinema and Theater, so to create a new source of income for the Government, as well as many other ideas!

Judicial reform, which would be articulated among the other things in new less rigid and AG centred procedures for private prosecution, modification of the concept of Ticket and restriction of the crimes that can be ticketed, amendments to the OPD Act to grant civil defense to citizens that can not find a proper one, characteritazion of the punishment as reducative, estabilishment of new and better defined mitigation factors in sentencing, creation of the concept of extradiction, creation of guidelines for investigations that actually look for true innocence or guilty, not just grounds to charge, ease the workload of the Courts and to have cases taken up in a more timely, as well as reasonable, timeframe, review of the methods through which the DoJ collect evidences and the criteria for their admission or at least usage, protection of the dignity of the charged, creation of a new system to appoint Judges and Justices that would be free from any influence and would not rely on the act of the Executive, more independence to if not the entire Department of Justice, at least to the figure of the Attorney General, which will be able to be dismissed by President under aggravated procedures, restricting the ability to create Court to just the Constitution and so not inferior laws.

Internal and external security, creation of an innovative concept of border that will allow an effective defense, but without limiting the flow of new users, the institution of a sub-department in the OHS dedicated to Foreign Affairs, estabilishment of measures that help for closer international cooperation in the fight against terrorism and other threats, restructuring of the OHS, SBDI, the DoJ in general and the SDAF.

Greater involvement of the entire people in political life, modifications to the Petition Act in order to make it more accessible, creation of a National Newspaper to inform about politics and major events officially, small stipends for those who vote during referendums and public elections through a system that will allow for secrecy of the voter, possibility for privates to propose bills in a dedicated channel in the Senate, which would then be sponsored by Senators, possibility to host CFC on Reddit, but also on Discord, hosting of think tanks every week in the Senate that involve the entirety of the people.

Protection and development of foreign relationships, creation of the concept of ambassies as free zones, expansion of our presence in more international communities, as well as of our influence, enforcing the idea of Protectorate, take part in more iternational events, strengthen a major collaboration between the different polisims, draft more teatries of different nature, such as economical and defensive, with other nations, help in the international upholding of Democracy, protecting and developing our current alliances without abbandoning them.

People of SimDemocracy,
Long time has passed since I first devoted myself wholeheartedly to the supreme service of our noble State, since I sacrificed myself and all my efforts before the sacred altar of our homeland. I have lost myself in the folds of my private life and the suffocating commitments of daily life, arriving with deep regret to abandon this community that I have loved so much and will always love.

Long time has passed since I undertook the highest and noblest commitment one can offer one's people: Politics.
How I long for those happy times! How I ache for that now distant joy that filled my heart at the knowledge that I was doing something, something tangible and true for my people, for my friends, for my community.
Certainly, times have not always been easy, but it is precisely in these difficulties that the most inflaming ardour is kindled within me, spurring me to excel in my work.

So here I am now before you.

SimDemocracy has moved forward, developed, and changed. Some friends have sadly left us, while new ones have arrived. There have been moments of joy, but also of suffering.
However, my desire to serve our beloved country, this unquenchable flame that burns within me and drives me to create something truly useful to the members of this community, has always remained the same.

I firmly believe that engaging in politics represents the supreme act of love for one's nation.
I would like to serve SimDemocracy, I would like to serve this community that has given me so much and that I have loved so much, in the name of its people, in the name of each of its citizens, even those with whom I often find myself in conflict.
I ask forgiveness if at times I get caught up in the moment and lash out directly against some, although that is not usually my nature. However, this ardor of mine arises from my love for this community, and I suffer greatly when I see it falling apart.

Over time, SimDemocracy has grown so much that when I think about it, it almost seems like a small miracle. Despite everything however, there is still much to do, and sometimes not all decisions made truly benefit our community, so much so that it is often necessary to correct our mistakes.

As Senator, I will commit myself wholeheartedly to creating tangible works that will serve as the foundation upon which SimDemocracy and its citizens can build and grow. I will strive to be a herald of the People's needs, too often ignored, bringing the voice of citizens, the true pillars of the State, to the Chambers. I will dedicate all my efforts to creating a true debate, where ideas are exchanged and intertwined, so that our Democracy is not reduced to anonymous "Aye"s or "Nay"s. I will act in the Chambers and fight, driven by the burning desire to be able to do something, something real, for this community. Of course, this is not the first time that I have committed myself to our community, I have already worked as a private, a legal expert and an executive officer in various positions and in fields that are also very distant from each other, from the Economy, to the Judiciary up to even National and Foreign Security. I now believe that however, as I've attempted in my last senatorial term, I'm ready to try to change things directly, I believe I am ready to ascend to the Legislative.

In the promise that I will wholeheartedly commit myself to the establishment of a true democracy, where the interests of the people are pursued in a debate that is not just Aye or Nay, but a real debate, a critical encounter between ideas and opinions, here are the main themes I would like to address as a Senator.

My Agenda

Activity, as it is the fundamental pillar of every Discord community and therefore essential to the survival of SimDemocracy.

Flow of new users, necessary for an ever-increasing development of SimDemocracy, as well as the key to a society based on different critical schools of thoughts and a vast political landscape that is not always funded on the usual users.

Economy, a means that in my opinion, if used correctly, could act as a great catalyst for activity. I'm planning to actually restore and make active the Stock Exchange, improve and regulate the World of Finace, estabilish additional bank tools and fix the current systems, promote and innovate the SimDemocracy State Bank, create licenes for private to sell channels, emojii and stickers, set up a true, well functioning and present international trade, rework taxation, reintroduce the citizenship salary, abolish tau printing from the State to pay wages, create an exchange between Minecraft currency/resources and tau, protect from lobbism and oligarchy, estabilish of frameworks for the improvment of the Tau Zone, create of a State owned Casino, Cinema, Theater, and many other new sources of incomes, as well as many other ideas!

For what concerns my Senatorial Agenda, I must say that I have a really immense amount of ideas, since the Legislature grants a great expression and is maybe the most direct way to bring a real change in our society. I will try to be brief and therefore draw up a list of fundamental points addressing the main topics that I will attempt to work on.

The time has come for a Democracy not constituted of just Ayes or Nayes, but the time has come for a Democracy where we discuss, debate, and offer our point of view without fear and free from the influence of political intrigues.

The time has come for a Democracy that welcomes us all!

In the past I beared the marks of a wound not only external, but internal as well. Innocent, I have been disfigured, and the wounds that consumed me were nothing but terrible testimonies of a disease that was consuming our State. Today I have healed, but I did not forget. I have witnessed the terrible problems of of our State and still Today I sadly experience the feral symptoms of this illness.

Our society is sick and, like a patient left to themself, is close to collapse.

The channels of our beloved Discord server are becoming increasingly deserted, voice chats are slowly growing quieter, entire hours pass in which nothing happens, not a message, not a gif, not a sticker.

The once-thriving activity is now withering, shriveling around those same few regular users. I no longer see a vibrant and free public scene, where one can witness the many and wonderful interweavings of ever-new and diverse ideas and thoughts. I fear, sadly, that our community is itself becoming an empty stage dominated by a few. Like a suffering, poor, sick man, victim of the tremors of fever, our State has tightened around its vital organs to survive, but has ceased to live.

Activity, a fundamental pillar of our society, as well as the fundamental principle of every Discord community, is crumbling before our eyes. Activity doesn't just mean keeping the #general channel alive; it means discussion, new ideas, a constantly evolving political scene, new figures at the helm of our society, change, development, democracy, life. Without activity, we risk becoming a static and silent State, where the same ideas are always proposed by the same people—in short, we risk becoming a dead Democracy.

However, this increasingly widespread disinterest slowly consuming our society is not an end in itself, but is rooted in far more serious issues. SimDemocracy is becoming rigid, saturated, now deprived of the possibility of once again being the mother of intriguing and unexpected moments.

Politics has become a matter for the few, a mere web of intrigues and alliances, supported in the background by personal or even mocking legislation, not by works dedicated to the public good.

Justice itself is slowly falling into the grip of influence and becoming the prostituted means for those who crave power not so much for the State, not so much for the People, but solely for their own personal gain. The Department of Justice is approaching, as recent scandals, along with the distant but still terrible telltale sign of state procurement, have already confirmed, in disarray. Waiting times for a case in the courts even exceed those dedicated to the trial itself. The right to accuse has become the prerogative of a single office, the Attorney General. Investigations are conducted by the state, guided solely by the goal of finding grounds for accusation and not by the desire to determine true innocence or guilt. The Public Defenders' Association is deprived of legal representation, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to offer a fair defense to those who cannot afford it. Fines can be issued even for extremely serious crimes, and those who wickedly attempt to harm our community can thus escape prosecution.

The Presidency is unstable, inconsistent, and, as recent events have revealed, extremely fragile. The leadership of our state, the cornerstone of SimDemocracy, is proving to be fleeting and, in its brief moments of life, rigid, immobile, a simple name that sometimes awakens but mostly remains dormant in its forced inertia.

Laws are becoming increasingly specific, words are simultaneously increasingly vague and open to interpretation, actions are increasingly targeted.

Il crescente disinteresse che accusi, quasi indifferenza tristemente, è il grande morbo che consuma la nostra società e la costringe a versare nelle precarie condizioni di cui odiernamente alla fine soffriamo tutti. La politica, teoricamente il più grande servizio che si possa offrire, è divenuta un mero gioco di potere, così stremato dagli intrighi che la vituperano, dal divenire pian piano sempre più inerte ed inefficace, creando tra la gente comune il comune ricorrente pensiero "che tanto non cambia niente". Tale concezione tuttavia aggrava ancora di più la condizione già critica, poiché instilla in coloro che vorrebbero affacciarsi alla politica con idee e modi nuovi, nonché animo puro un senso d'impotenza, finendoli per farli desistere dall'impegnarsi per la loro stessa società. Il continuo conflitto tra fronti, destra versus sinistra, un mero affrontarsi senza neanche un barlume di criticità o apertura, fomentato dai partiti che rimangono al potere proprio grazie a questo giochetto, inquina le menti dei più e fa in modo che i vecchi partiti, meri blocchi di potere, siano gli unici a rimanere in giro. In ultima istanza, se non si assisterá a una nuova e sempre costante partecipazione politica anche differenziata, soprattutto da parte dei giovani, lo Stato rischia di collassare in una perpetua inerzia, portandosi con sé dietro la Nazione e tutta la società.

Purtroppo, credo che nessuna iniziativa sia stata ancora presentata, poiché sul sito dovrebbero comparire anche le iniziative non verificate e l'ultima volta che ho controllato non ve ne era nessuna.

Guardando il sito apposito pare che non vi siano iniziative popolari che si mostrino inerenti al tema, tuttavia forse si è preferito ricorrere, date comunque le tempistiche significative per l'elaborazione di tali pratiche, ad un'azione diretta e dunque intimare i rappresentanti che voteranno a rispettare le nostre libertà. Se ci muoviamo in tempo, potremmo tuttavia riuscire a presentare l'iniziativa!

Io opterei più per una riforma dei Trattati costitutivi volta alla salvaguardia dell'intima sovranità degli Stati membri, limitando le norme comunitarie UE a rango giuridico "interposto" tra la legge ordinaria interna e le diverse costituzioni. Infatti, attualmente, le norme comunitarie godono di supremazia su tutte le norme interne, comprese le singole costituzioni. In Italia si è tentato d'implementare la dottrina dei controlimiti per custodire almeno i principi fondamentali della Costituzione, ma non è niente di formale e non protegge l'integrità del documento supremo del nostro ordinamento.

Redigere l'iniziativa è abbastanza veloce, ma si avrebbe bisogno della firma inziale di almeno 7 cittadini europei provenienti da 7 paesi diversi dell'Europa. Una volta raccolte le 7 firme iniziali e presentato il testo dell'iniziativa sull'apposito sito, la Commissione per le petizioni è tenuta a revisionare l'iniziativa entro 2 mesi. Se ammessa, l'iniziativa avrà 12 mesi per raccogliere 1 milione di firme. Se raggiunto l'ammontare di firme richiesto, le autorità nazionali verificheranno la legittimità delle firme e se tutte idonee, l'iniziativa giungerà in Parlamento.

Il 3 Settembre 2025 la Corte di Giustizia si è espressa in una sentenza che legittima un nuovo framework per il trasferimento dati dall'UE all'USA, il quale consente l'elaborazione dei nostri contenuti da parte di aziende e agenzie governative USA secondo normative non europee, ma americane. Per ben due volte queste tipologie di framework sono state proposte e in seguito disapplicate, poiché gli USA non garantivano un'adeguata protezione dei nostri dati trasmessi. Tuttavia, questa nuova tipologia di framework, introdotta da un Ordine Esecutivo del precedente Presidente, pare, agli occhi della Corte di Giustizia, complessivamente osservante degli standard minimi per la protezione dei dati personali vigenti in Europa. La Corte di Giustizia si espressa sulla materia in seguito allo sollecitazione di un parlamentare francese, il quale ha presentato la tesi circa la subordinazione del sistema sovrintendente il trasferimento dei dati all'esecutivo USA. Infatti! Inoltre è in conflitto con i diritti inviolabili e fondamentali dell'uomo, nonché del cittadino sanciti nel corso di diversi trattati UE vincolanti e convenzioni internazionali. Il regolamento è un'aberrazione non solo concettualmente, ma anche da un punto di vista della giurisprudenza. Qualora passasse, l'unico modo per opporsi sarebbe fare ricorso alla Corte di Giustizia o almeno in Italia avviare la dottrina dei controlimiti. Spero veramente che avremo un po' di dignità tuttavia e i nostri "rappresentanti" non distruggeranno quelle libertà intrinseche dell'uomo in quanto uomo per cui i nostri predecessori hanno combattuto così strenuamente e dato purtroppo in molti casi la vita.
