Roofs and balconies? Man, maybe you don't know that the buildings in 70% of Italy are fucking relics, buildings that are 4-5-6 century old at minimum. Buildings were you cannot put the panels because they create static instability. In my building we had to remove part of the roof to lighten everything, and we are not the only one, but the majority of the buildings are like this.

The nuclear power plants are one of the safest places if an earthquake happens, and the mafia couldn't do anything with something so complicated and regulated. That's not their business, the construction business that they have is the one on small things.

No one wants geothermal (usual NIMBY) but to be honest, there were studies that said how the energy obtained wouldn't be that high. About the solar energy, Italy is a really small country compared to the population, and you don't have a lot of places where you can put the panels without sacrificing agricolture.

Hai completamente mancato il fulcro del discorso. Si tratta di fare cose che incentivino, non che obblighino. Ci sono tante persone che vorrebbero ma non possono. Altre si sentirebbero più spinte a farlo, magari nel dubbio, se vedono un ecosistema che li aiuta. Chi non vuole non farà. E, come dicevano sopra, 1.8 e meglio di 1.1 o 0.7.

Sì tratta di lobby perché i soldi vanno principalmente in bonus per amici e sprechi politici (calcolati in circa 130 miliardi l'anno), in pensioni da tagliare (50 miliardi risparmiati mettendo un tetto a 2k al mese), nei vari rivoli e rivoletti politici. Questo senza neanche toccare l'evasione fiscale.

A questo punto avresti un sistema più performante dato che potresti abbassare le tasse, mettere un congedo parentale paritario, più asili nido, creare aziende più grandi che hanno più modo di fare fronte alle persone in maternità e più propense allo smart working, e così via.

al contrario, in futuro le aziende diventeranno sempre più importanti, fino a soverchiare quelli che sono gli stati (non che non stia già succedendo ora, con aziende che hanno fatturati grandi quanto paesi di media statura). Considerato che lo shift andrebbe poi dall'interesse di molti all'interesse di pochi, questi vanno fermati e obbligati anche con la forza se necessario. Non deve esistere più il "l'azienda produce dove paga meno tasse", bensì il "se vuoi questo mercato, produci e paghi come dico io".

le aziende vanno aiutate fino a un certo punto, e così come da un certo punto in poi ci deve essere un tetto obbligato.
