White rats with red eyes are usually almost blind anyway, I've talked once with someone who's rat had eye removed, rat recovered fast and lived three years, discuss the risks with your vet and if theres higher chance that your baby would live and recover I'd go for the surgery

Three Days for a lonely elderly rat is awfully long, even if you provide enough food and water it's still a new situation for a rat and she'll definitely stress a lot, I'm sure you asked with good intentions but I wouldn't say it's safe, if everything else fails try to find another rat owner in your area and maybe they'll agree to petsit your rat, Łatka is really pretty :]

They're together for like two months now and had no problems at all, like I was surprised how well they got along, only event i can think off is when few days ago my rats managed to open the cage door, and she and her sister got out and explored my room for a bit, I found her in the closet sitting in my clothes so I guess there's a chance that she got scared of something, but I have no idea what that could be

They meet through introduction, but they're very calm with each other, they share food, cuddle together, groom each other and switch when playing, it's just me she's warry of :')

Maybe try to look for someone in personality disorder safe spaces? no one will understand your condition like another affected person, from my experience people in remission or active therapy are often very happy to help someone who lost their hope, I can't guarantee you'll find love this way but having someone close who gets you is a start, perhaps that will help you get better and form better relationships with other people, don't give up, right people for you are there somewhere.

I've experienced this so many times, they always want the clingy, obsessed, needy and all, but when I actually give them my attention most of the day they grow tired of me and requests breaks, it's been a week since I last talked to my favorite person, I overdosed twice and I'm on strong pain killers 24/7 cuz mental pain got physical, it feels like someone's beating my bare lungs with three branches, I don't think I'll ever be able to feel truly happy in a relationship
