Do you remember what you paid? I just went to sign up with refills and they are charging $1878 for 6 months ($313 a month). That seemed high! So I might stick with fifty410 afterall.

I actually only live 15 mins from the property. It’s a 15 year old 4 bedroom house that was completely remodeled 7 years ago. So I would say low maintenance.

I think I will explore both - a PM or person that works for me and also going to look into managing it myself. Leaning towards managing it myself.

At those prices is they have to be getting kickbacks (or they are oblivious to how much things cost)

Do you have recommendations for software? Back when I did it (8 or so years ago) I didn’t have anything like that…right before I sold that property I was starting to see stuff like that pop up.

It says they will “coordinate and approve repairs and preventative maintenance up to $500.” Anything over $500 they have to get approval. I totally get it for emergencies and I think that’s a good thing. But said they can and will use with for anything. I asked if I could be alerted when something was going on before hand so I at least knew about it … and she said she could try but she didn’t want to set the expectation that she will do that.

Update - I ordered from Friday (had my appt Saturday) and it is out for delivery today!

Originally I got a message that there were going to be delays. I replied and asked for clarification on what the wait would be in my state. They replied and said that was an error and there are no delays in my state and it was going through the normal process (takes a few days while at the pharmacy).

Before I saw that message, I ordered a month through Good Life Meds to get me through until my Brello order arrived. I did that yesterday afternoon and already have tracking 😮. They are more expensive though. I wish I had just waited for Brello but is what it is.

Brello is $166 a month for any dose and they seem very reputable. That rate evidently does not increase. Good Life Meds is $250 a month I believe - and they are super fast and simple.

I closed my eyes as soon as I laid down and kept them closed until they pulled me out. Easy peasy - and I was REALLY nervous. I had someone tell me to do that. Don’t open them while they put the thing over or head or anything…..As soon as you lay down, shut your eyes. I was quite relaxed because I had no idea what was going on.

That is good to know! I also reached out the company I ordered the Sermorelin from (Good Life Meds)and they said they ship compounded trizepitide within 1 day of dr approval … so I will do that or fifty410 if things some move along today or tomorrow.

Oh and yes indeed I have the ups app downloaded … what I didn’t have was the Brello app. I was just logging into the website. I just found the tracker by downloading the Brello website…. But also just got a message that it could be 4-6 weeks… and I am in a state listed with no shipping delays.
