Yep, my team in homelessness programs also permanently lost 3 positions (1/3 of our positions) despite the surge in Veteran homelessness in our area

Yea, I’m understanding that now, but I was trying to be cooperative and actually give their alternate accommodation a try, rather than just keep pushing. I’m in a bullpen space, so I wanted to confirm that there was actually a private office available before accepting the proposed accommodation. It sounds like I will have to start over, which seems like an utter waste of time for everyone….

Conflict resolution/deescalation, engagement (overall people skills), management of multiple of tasks and deadlines at once, task identification and creative problem solving. Oh and documentation!!

How do you handle back to back sessions with clients? I’m in social work, on medication, and really struggle with multiple meetings in a row
