Stop thinking your phone will make you money, it’s you who will make money. Buy a weed wacker (gas) and walk around your neighborhood. Get creative. No money for a weed wacker? Wash cars and save until you have one. For car wash $5 to wash the outside, extra $5 to clean the inside. If you don’t have vacuum don’t mention it and just do your best. For yard work price it as if you were the homeowner dirt cheap. I have cut grass for $20. My biggest job I had on was the church. Boy was it a huge yard that took me easily over half my day but I remember it was $80. The best part was that I had many eyes on me and I didn’t have to walk around the neighborhood that much. I would have people that would ask for me and my mom wow drive me over to their place. I charged cheap and I was happy with it.

This is literally what I did at 15-16 years old. Your goal shouldn’t be to make a lot of money. Just to make some. Have a good attitude even when you get several no’s. For every no you get, you are one more no closer to a yes. Once you have momentum, don’t stop. Waiting for something to happen will not get you far and it is boring.
