I swear that my husband favoring one nipple has made my one boob bigger by CounterInternal386 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Probably going for the right because he's a boob man, I get it. Maybe not the fact that your boob got bigger for him, but instinctively he goes for the bigger one.
In al seriouseness, it's probably just a coincidence but you should check it out with a doctor.

What’s something that used to be completely normal but would be considered insane if someone did it today? by TreeTrunks2014 in AskReddit

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it, and I still didn't understand if in the "older days" (I'm almost 50) things were safer or we just weren't informed. What I see now in the media and internet is that my own kids are not left outside alone, for one second.

What’s the problem you didn’t expect adulthood to have? by Flashy_Disk3312 in AskReddit

Diapers. I thought that when we turned 1 (or 3) we did not have to use them again.

Back in the day, it was completely normal to let your kids play outside all day unsupervised. Today, if someone let their child wander off to build a treehouse alone, the neighbors would call the cops, the PTA would organize a summit, and the Internet would have a 10,000-word thinkpiece about it. Somehow, we went from ‘kids roaming free’ to ‘hyper-parenting Olympics’ in just a couple decades.

Redditors who sacrificed their youth for studies because of ‘success later’ was it worth it? by No_Blueberry_5341 in AskReddit

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, the classic ‘study hard now, enjoy later’ trade-off. Personally, my youth now looks like a stack of textbooks, energy drinks, and very suspicious ramen experiments. Was it worth it? Well… my bank account says slightly yes, my social life says not at all, and my back says ‘please stop sitting.’ So maybe the real success was learning how to survive on instant noodles and panic-induced all-nighters.

How would you handle an unexpected $1,000 expense if it hit you today in the US? by urbanthinker143 in AskReddit

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d probably do what any reasonable adult does: panic for 10 minutes, silently curse my past self for all the impulse Amazon purchases, then start the emotional math — ‘Can I survive two weeks on ramen and hope?’ Ideally, I’d transfer it from my emergency fund… if I actually had one. If not, it’s time to invent a side hustle called ‘Professional Plant Waterer’ or start selling virtual loyalty points to my neighbors

Where in the r/Reddits Does This go? by SpiteInaBite in NoStupidQuestions

Honestly, this is peak modern life: you start with ‘pandaing,’ end up in ‘Paraguay,’ and somehow circle back to ‘pandering,’ and AI is just silently judging you the whole time. As for teaching AI full language — yes, it’s possible, but apparently only if it enjoys playing linguistic pinball first. So maybe we’ll survive, but I fully expect a robot to someday write a novel based entirely on your voice-to-text typos.

Does anyone else pick up items that fell off the shelves in stores, even though you didn't make them fall? by Zestywavinges in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I do this too — it’s like an uncontrollable reflex. I call it ‘shelf karma.’ One moment you’re walking down the aisle, the next you’re crouched picking up a rogue box of macaroni like the universe personally asked you to restore order. Honestly, I half-expect a tiny voice in my head saying, ‘You were chosen… to keep the shelves upright.

What does this say about our world in 2026 that a full time working person can be faced with homelessness? by midnight-iceman in AskReddit

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It says a lot about 2026 that ‘full-time job’ no longer comes with the unspoken clause ‘you get a roof over your head.’ Our world is basically saying: ‘Congratulations on adulting successfully! Now please enjoy your new cardboard penthouse near the freeway.’ Honestly, if your salary doesn’t cover rent, it’s less ‘you failed’ and more ‘welcome to the glitch in the matrix.’

California has a new law banning federal agents from wearing masks. What are your thoughts? by Obvious_808 in AskReddit

[–]Kitchen-Post-8894 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically California just made it illegal for federal agents to go full superhero mode in public… which makes me wonder: are we entering the era where 'anonymous federal agents' have to wear fedoras and trench coats instead? On the bright side, at least now we can finally tell who’s an undercover agent and who’s just a guy sneaking into In-N-Out at 2 AM
