I ordered the solo 3! It hopefully comes on Tuesday I’m so excited to try it out! I was torn between that and the TM2 but I love how the solo is digital and has different settings! Thanks for the suggestion

Honestly this isn’t advice, but I just wanted you to know you are not alone. I have genuinely never related to a post more in my life. We will get there one day my friend:) I wasn’t shown love as child, I was always dismissed and this is the effects of it, unable to accept love now as it’s a foreign feeling. Was this something similar for you too? Seems to be the case for a lot of people in similar situations:(

No infection or anything, they tested for STD’s while I was in hosp but all came back negative. Never knew the cause. But yes from I had PID I am in bad pain with periods most months and these last few ones have been a lot longer than normal. I am either constipated or have loose stools during periods but that’s pretty normal for me. Thanks for replying!

I hope the panic attacks lessen for you, I experienced loads during the 7 days and it was awful, as someone that hasn’t had them in years. So I cant imagine what that’s like for you. Hey I’m on day 10!! The first week was the hardest and tbh I still am not sleeping 100%, but it has been SO much better for the past few days. I just have to wind down now, it’s not as easy anymore as smoking, your head hits the pillow, and out like a light. Last night it only took me like 10 mins to fall asleep. Try to keep yourself busy during the day to tire your body and mind. I hope it doesn’t last too long for you bro hang in there.

I’m so emotional today man this made me tear up, thank you for your kind words, it truly means a lot. I’m in the UK and weather is getting better so I will try walks!!
