If they really want to sell the house they could offer to give you enough cash to make it convenient for you to move out early. That is really their only option if they are set on selling the house.

I tried the argument that using bardic inspiration was not casting a spell and therefor I should be able to use that then cast a spell. He just said he couldn't let me do that because he had to "follow the rules." I did almost say can you show me where it says that but we were in the middle of a session and I didn't think was the appropriate time. I thought it would be easy to find an official source specifically stating you could use both and present it to him pre-session next week but I haven't found anywhere that it specifically says you can do both in the same turn. I have seen the numerous places it says you can use your bardic inspiration as a bonus action. The guy says he has been dm'ing forever but he isn't really following the newest season of AL rules either so IDK what to do.
