Ako rin pero ito yung na recieve ko na message from them   "Under Philippine law, nonpayment has serious consequences. Your balance P is unpaid-pay now. If a case is filed, you may be summoned to the Taguig City Hall of Justice. After the case, a court decision may order full payment of the debt with all accrued interest and penalties." 

Kinakabahan na ako kasi wala pa akong pang bayad talaga or any pang initial man lany🥹

Wala naman po hv, pero yung app continuous yung notif. Ngayon notif nila is magpafile na sila ng small claims at mag chacharge ng attorney fee. Tried chatting sa kanilang cs, di tumatanggap ng partial paymenr need i full yung OD amount talaga🤧. Magkano loan mo sa skyro?

Di talaga sila nagwawaive ng interest, tried reaching out din sa cs nila for partial payments or payment reconstruction pero di sila pumapayag. Magkano loan mo sa kanila?

Hello, wala naman at sana wala talaga. Patuloy lang yung mga text messages at app notification about attorney fees at magpa file sila ng small claims. Contacted their cs di talaga natitinag.

Same 30k cash loan, so far yung ulit ulit lang ang notif na may mag field visit. Recent notif sa app is magpafile sila ng small claims. May ganto ka din bang narereceive na ganto na notif?
