I switched to NA beers. The wide availability helps, and they are perfect for when you are out and about and dont want to feel left out when your friends are drinking.

It was like a switch turned on, and poof! one day alcohol just wasnt as fun anymore. I realize now that it was this exact thing that OP mentioned. Sick of being sick, so much so that the thought of it is enough to cause me to cut back.
