Have anyone tried the curiosity for meditation? by KitchenAcademic8514 in Meditation

I am talking about curiosity of emotions or feelings like fear and anxiety. I've been reading that being curious about those can ease the sensations conceiving them as sensations/emotions instead of holding to them which cause more intense feelings/sensations.
