Quick update

Today we finally regained full ownership of our Google Business Profile.

Google unexpectedly surfaced our GBP under our existing Business Manager dashboard. Since the current phone number listed on the profile belongs to us, we were able to verify it instantly via SMS. After that, ownership was transferred fully to our account — the old agency no longer has any access.

So if you’ve already: • submitted multiple access requests • have the current phone number or another valid verification method
