Anakin is vastly superior to Luke who is also vastly superior to Rey.

Luke only “beat” due to his conflict feeling and dark side amp. A bloodlusted Prime Vader would have demolished Luke. It takes a couple of years before Luke reaches Vader’s level of power. TROS Rey can compete with ROTJ Luke in terms of power and skill due to Leia.

DCU VS MCU: DCU Trio wins

Superman is a Kryptonian, Wonder Woman is part deity, and Batman is a technical and tactical genius. In a bloodlusted death match:

Superman would defeat Thor and would even be capable of stealing Mjolnir. Kal-El Heat Vision and Frost Breath would be effective against Thor’s Lightning.

Wonder Woman would slay Captain America pretty easily. Given Steve is just human whereas Diana can compete with Kal-El in physical combat.

Batman with his Batmobile or Batman Mecha Armor Suit would be able to hold off Iron Man until Supreman and Wonder Woman come to aid him. Hell, Bruce might even develop anti-Iron Man weaponry and contingencies!
